Incapable rulers!

The worst problem of the rulers is their lack of vision, which emanates from their incapacity to work and inability to carry out plans even if they are provided with viable solutions. When the above-mentioned malady afflicts them, they opt for cheap heroics of visiting the disaster-hit areas, getting pictures printed while standing in knee-deep waters. One can see this happening since decades. Even today they have not opted for sustainable development and projects which could benefit the masses. Short span projects seem to be their priority. In continuation of this is the method of payment made to the affectees, and now everybody is expecting money after a disaster. This must be stopped immediately, and planning should be given priority.
